Molly Abraham: An immediate hit since opening in late 2005, this steak, chop and seafood house that just celebrated its first anniversary offers all the amenities from table linens and courteous service to live music in the bar every night of the week, something that is increasingly rare. The fare includes excellent Frenched lamb chops charbroiled with rosemary, tenderloin medallions with blue cheese in a Madeira reduction and such specialties as crab-stuffed ravioli, veal Oscar, and certified Angus t-bone and ribeye steaks. Accompaniments are all a la carte. \n A nice feature at lunchtime on week days is the power lunch, with soup or salad, choice among eight nicely garnished entrees and dessert, all served at a flat$17.
