Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: The Art Gallery of Windsor is home to a charming restaurant offering open face sandwiches, tapas-style small plates and lovely desserts on a menu that changes every two weeks. The restaurant is in the hands of chefs Anthony Dalupan and Jennifer Hillis, who worked together at Three, a Tasting Bar in downtown Windsor before relocating to the gallery along with partner Kathleen Hart.
