Despite the name, Aldo's is serious about its Italian cooking. A choice of penne, linguine, fettuccine or spaghettini with such sauces as puttanesca, Bolognese, primavera and arrabbiata, a few risottos, veal, of course, and sides chosen among green beans with garlic and slivered almonds, rosemary-roasted potatoes, or seasonal vegetables typify the menu, which alsoincludes herb-crusted beef tenderloin, veal chops Milanese, and three grilled fish selections, tuna, salmon and swordfish.
