It has served its paprikas, goulash, cabbage rolls and veal dishes in a warm and welcoming setting for some 31 years now. Proprietor Zora Popadic's charmingly accented voice is reassuringly Old Country, as is Windsor's ethnically diverse Ottawa Street itself.
