Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: Patrick Coleman's stylish little soul food spot, with its cozy bar called, appropriately enough Sidebar, offers well-prepared soul food in a colorful room decorated with a bit of Harlem Renaissance flair. The menu includes all the soul food favorites from smothered pork chops and meatloaf to fried chicken and fish. The bar has its own little tapas menu to expand the horizons a bit.
