Molly Abraham: This bright new deli on the Royal Oak/Birmingham border serves all the classics, from hot pastrami and corned beef sandwiches to chopped liver and smoked salmon, bagels and cream cheese. The menu goes on and on with an array of salads, side dishes from macaroni and cheese to baked beans, and soups including kreplach, matzo ball and chicken noodle. Head deliman is Stan Snitz, who has many years of experience in the deli field.
