Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: The fanciful decor of this Pacific Rim style restaurant starts outside, with flaming torches marking the entrance to this colorful place offering such dishes as whole red snapper with ginger and green onions, Korean garlic steak and mandarin orange scallops and shrimp, all prepared in the open exhibition kitchen. The upscale chain capitalizes on the Asian craze, with dishes inspired by Thailand, Korea, China, Japan and Hawaii. The elaborate setting features impressive murals and seating in a number of areas that disguise the size of the place. Tropical drinks abound, of course, but there is also an impressive wine selection.
