Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: When the wine shop Wine Sync added a small kitchen so that food could become part of its offerings, chef Jeff Condit was hired to create its interesting tapas menu. Such dishes as smoked salmon and chevre on crostini, spinach, bacon and blue cheese salad, bite-sized lamb chop "pops" and a selection of cheeses and salamis was added, along with more elaborate selections served on Saturday evenings with appropriate wines. It's charming and offbeat.
