Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: Longtime restaurateur Zhi Bin Bong has taken the Asian buffet concept one stop further with his Fuji Japanese Buffet. The array includes much more than sushi, sashimi, hibachi and udon noodle dishes. There are also numerous Chinese selections from dim sum buns and dumplings to hot pots. Fresh seafood is emphasized, including lobster (which carries a $10 surcharge). The array is $17.99 at dinner week days, $19.99 weekends Lunch is $11.99 Mon.-Fri.
