Molly Abraham: The name is left over from a previous regime. For many years now the Mexican spot a few blocks west of the Mexicantown spots has been run by a mother/daughter team, Serafina and Cecilia Hernandez, whose heritage is Cuban. Once in a while, a Cuban dish shows up but for the most part the ladies stick to the familiar Mexican menu of enchiladas, tacos, burritos. The lunch buffet is economical and popular and is served every day, at $5.50 week days, $6.95 on weekends. Recently, the women added the Cuban sandwich to the menu, and it's been a hit.
