Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: The name means town of Cork, and this Irish restaurant, appropriately in Detroit's historic Corktown, is beautifully authentic, based on the design of a pub in County Longford that was the favorite of proprietors Sharon and Leo Malinowski. The menu includes such dishes as leek, potato and cheese pie, lamb chops roasted with garlic and rosemary, Irish sausage and bacon with cabbage and potatoes. Potatoes, of course, are a recurring theme. The quarry stone fireplace is a focal point. It includes a stone from each of the 32 counties in Ireland, all picked up by Sharon Mooney Malinowski during her stay in Ireland. A downstairs pub is available for private parties.
