Fantastic

Spent New Years Eve and Cruises in August on one of the Motown Dinners. Had heard good things from my friends and just had to try it. After we went in August and had such a great time we booked again right away for New Years. Both experiences were absolutely delightful and we plan to visit again this summer with our family for a surprise birthday party. The food was excellent, I was blown away with the amount of choices on the buffet and how good it was. The staff was wonderful and the entertainment was great. A Motown Group that plays all the classics from Detroit's Motown era.

Disappointed!

I purchased the Murder Mystery tickets for me and my husband. First off there is no bathrooms on the fouth deck, you must go downstairs! Well the food was just plain awful!! The entertainment was even worse! They had the worst "actors" if thats what you wanna call them that?! It only lasted maybe 30 mintues or so then you had to go find something else to do. Which was alot better then having to sit through the entertainment! I was very disappointed I spent 75.00 per ticket for that!! The boat was nice and it was a nice ride but other than that it was plain miserable.

Too much money for what you get

I road the night cruise during the Wyandotte fireworks. $65 dollars a person was way too high of a price. I took my mother and was embarrassed when we got there. The food was overcooked and tasted like it was pre-made frozen trays. They feed you as soon as you get on and then starve you until five hours later when they serve a small amount of cheese and vegetables. The ran out of the midnight appetizer after twenty people ate from it. The dining room smelled like a wet basement and was very hot and stuffy. The boat ride was nice and the staff were mostly helpful. It is a nice experiance to see the riverline. The music was pretty good too. If I were to go again, I would buy the cheapest ticket, eat beforehand, bring a snack for later and probably go on the day cruise.
