This one-day workshop will provide access to and an opportunity to photograph the inner workings of the artists and craftsmen who design and build the floats for the Thanksgiving day parade. The intricate workings and exquisite decorations make these 30 foot long floats a party to photograph. Welders, painters, designers and mechanics assist in the creation of wonderful environmental portraits. Film or digital cameras are welcome. Bring a lunch.
