Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: The new Nordstrom at Partridge Creek interprets bistro fare in its attractive restaurant where patrons order as they enter, then have their choices served to the tables by a courteous crew of servers. Individual pizzas from a brick oven are one of several specialties, including a nunmber of creative salads and sandwiches and such dishes as chicken paillard, New York strip with pommes frites and pan-seared salmon.
