Molly Abraham: The tiny carryout on Woodward just south of Lincoln in Birmingham has been turning out fresh, imaginative sandwiches, soups and desserts, many with an eye toward health and nutrition, for years now. As its name states, it concentrates on lunch, with an array of sandwiches from roll-ups on lavash to sturdy corned beef and Swiss on rye, pumpernickel or onion roll, among a dozen available breads. Low fat is a mantra here. Vegetarian vegetable soup is available every day with an added soup du jour. Delivery service is available, and office catering is a staple.
