Birmingham's Hamilton Row is turning into quite a little international restaurant row. There's Quattro Cucina Italiana at 203, Greek Island and its coneys at 221, Cannella Patisserie & Creperie -- a breath of Paris -- at 300, and Sy Thai and its assertive red and green curries at 315.
