Molly Abraham: If there's any metro area that loves its sports bars more than this one, I can't think of it. And that's one reason why sports bars like this one are upgrading the food that accompanies the games on flat screen TV sets (some 16 of them). The name comes from NBA basketball's 24 second shot clock, but all sports get equal time, along with a menu that includes most of the traditional bar dishes, from potato skins and onion rings to entree salads, big sandwiches and an array of burgers.
